Hello Botters!
Wow, it has been a while since I have been on here. I was here before I had my daughter, then when I got pregnant; I fell off the band wagon... I had to stop all my exercise (per Dr orders), and while I did not let my eating get out of control, I did gain 26lbs while I was preggo.
Before I got pregnant, I was doing an hour of intense kickboxing followed by another hour of step aerobics, then 20 to 30 mins of weight lifting. I tried to do the 30 day challenge Biggest Loser DVD the other day (the 1st 10 min workout) and could not even get through that! WTH??? I could not do anything but break down and cry! How did I let myself get to this point?!? I could not do 10 solid mins of cardio, and just 2 or so years ago, I was doing over 2 hours our INTENSE cardio and still had energy left!
So here I am, trying to get back on track, again! My mini goal is to lose 10 lbs by April 1st, that would put me at 150, 4 lbs below my pre pregnancy weight , and the weight I have always had in my mind as my ‘goal’ weight.
Sorry this has turned into such a long post, but thanks for reading, and I look forward to meeting everyone, again :)
