BOTT-911 Monday
I'm so frustrated. Weighed this morning and am up 3.5 lbs this morning. I can't imagine! I've tried so hard and exercised. One thing I've noticed from those who are successful, they journal thier food AND they count calories. I've not been doing that.. I'm hoping that this 3.5 lbs is some water weight as well, but I'm not counting on it. This has been a tough weekend sticking to my BOTT plan because of my daughter's birthday (ate a little piece of ice cream birthday cake), ate a couple of pieces of thin crust pizza at her birthday party (I could have made a better choice) and I had a little pasta with my chicken breast last night at Olive Garden for valentines day. Not to mention my potatoe chip frenzy the other night at Longhorn on Friday night. OK, OK I get it! I think I know where the 3.5 lbs came from!!!
Now it's a new week! I'll start over again and move forward! I've totally lost sight of my original plan. This is where I've fallen back into old habits. I have to stay on here! You guys may be sick of seeing me but I have to keep close to you guys to stay on track! I can tell even though I made some bad choices, I've also made some changes. I have to realize that I've gone so far away from my plan that it's going to take me a while to get back on track. But I know where I made mistakes so I go forward from here and learn from my mistakes.

My weekend was rough to. I caught a cold and was on the couch watching tv most of the weekend. I ate the right foods but over ate. I gained 2 lbs from my 5 lb loss last week. I am hoping it is my period gain. I have a hard time with muchies at night. But you are right. It is a new week! Move forward! I went to the new gym today and got 2 miles in on the treadmill. I am so proud I did it. Tomorrow is weights. I just ate some broccoli Slaw and Chicken breast. I got full really fast. I have 16oz of water in so far.

All of us have times that we make choices we wish we hadn't. I have been very sick since late last week and that is always a very difficult eating time for me. It is as though I make myself feel better by eating off track. Duh! It always happens though.
You did what you did. The most important day whenever you make unhealthy choices is the next day. By getting back on track the next day, you are putting an end, a "." period to the end of the unhealthy choices and moving on.
