Zero Nutrition Value...need intervention STAT!!!!
For the first 9 months after RNY...I was a surgeon's dream patient. Then I started pushing the envelope. On most days I still follow the rules because I HATE DUMPING(but THANK GOD I do).
The one thing I can NEVER turn down or step away from is :
BANANA LAFFY TAFFY
Why??????? The crap has zero nutritional value but it's like CRACK to me.
Does anyone else have something that they must have and is their crack???

VANILLA WAFERS!!!! They are crack to me. As long as I don' t have them around, I'm OK and don't think about them but when I'm at work where they routinely order them for the patients, I find them absolutely irresistable! Why?????????????? I don't know! The have zero nutritional value as you said.
I think everyone has their "crack" whether they admit it or not!

Dried Strawberries... I was eatting them by the handfull... not realizing that I was consuming about 150 calories a handfull... I measured them out and put them in little baggies... but I think ... no... I KNOW I need to stop buying them!

NSA Fudge-sickles. I buy them - I eat them. All of them within less than 24 hrs. So now - I only allow myself to buy them once a month (if i really want to - and only on a day that I had not much to eat). Even 20 of them are only 800 cal. And I can only eat 10 at a time (400 calories) so - if a day has been bad - calories wise - I can afford them and they will "clean me out "- so...not really that bad... lol )
