Monday Cafe and Cardio

Good morning!
I'm excited today.  I am going to meet people that I went to grammer school with!  I haven't seen this people in 38 years!   It'll be interesting to see if they are as I remember them!  So no cardio today!
Food plan for today:
Breakfast - protein drink
Snack - yogurt
Lunch - ?
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. carmel

Hi all,

I have been thinking about fishing out my TaeBo DVD and start doing that again.  I also have a dance venue in March and April I need to work on but I have to build up my endurance since I have gotten lazy this winter.   However, I am dealing with this same crappy issues I dealt with before surgery.  I am dressing frumpy and being a couch potato.  Sigh.....


Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

B - PRotein drink
S - Protein Drink
L - Scrambled egg  & 1 slice Wheat Toast
S - Almonds
D - Chili

Cardio - none

Lots of water !

Good morning fellow BOTT'ers.

Well, I lost 2 pounds last week; so since I've been BOTT, I've lost 5 pounds. YAY!!

Today's food plan:
Now, a cup of hot tea.

B - 1 hard boiled egg
     1/2 cup cottage cheese
     2 cherry tomatoes and 2 radishes

L - 7 large fresh shrimps, Mixed green salad with balsamic   vinegar

D - turkey burger with roasted onion and cauliflower

S - Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt.

Vitamins for the day.
At least 6 glasses of water.
Exercised on the elliptical this morning and planning a short session this afternoon.

It was a good thing to get back on track last week, lost 3.4lbs since last Monday.  Plan for today:

Cardio: Did 20 minutes Free Run on the Wii this morning, another 20 planned after work
Food:

B-Egg Beaters, cheese & refried beans on low-carb tortilla

S-Turkey & cheese roll-ups

L-Whole wheat spaghetti w/pesto chicken

D-BBQ Beef casserole, salad

S-Low carb yogurt w/almonds (if hungry)

It's been a while since I have posted and I really need to be here and not inside myself?

Hope everyone is having a good day.

Food plan for today:

1. low carb toast and p-butter
2. atkins bar
3. homemade beef vegetable soup
4. pear and 1/4 c chicken salad
5. not sure going out for dinner (probably shrimp and vegetables)
6. not sure depends on what I eat for dinner

I am trying to eat several mini-meals this week.  It seems to work a lot better for me than the 3 meals a day thing.

Good afternoon!

Just getting back from going out to celebrate my sister's birthday at, of all places, the Cheesecake Factory!  BUT, went in knowing what I was going to have and NOT have (i.e., cheesecake!), and it went well and was a nice time. 

Exercise:  None today -- taking a day off after hours and hours with the snow and ice

Food:

B:  Muscle Milk Light RTD
L:  Santa Fe salad w/ dressing on the side (lunch sized) -- ate 1/4, focusing on the chicken and greens
S:  Muscle Milk Light RTD
D:  Greek yogurt
S:  Protein pudding pie

Good afternoon everyone,

Hummm I dont think I did good today, but I did log all my calories and will try again tomorrow.  This is going to take some time getting out of my old habits and getting back into the right ones.   I wish I could take you all to work with me to remind me to stay on track. :)

Tonight I think for dinner a salmon burger, no bun, with broccoli.  They are low carbs, fat, high protein and yummy!

A little late but wanted to share as this is the only time I have been able to log in today.

B - Protein Shake
S - 2 bacon, 1 string cheese
L- Tuna,pickle
S- Protein Drink
D-Tilapia

After doing so well and being so proud my son brought in pizza and I had a slice well not even half the bread but all the toppings.
