TGIF!!!! They've already called to ask me to come into work. I said an adamate NO! I have too much to do today! My daughter does her senior dance tonight at the basketball game. My son is playing in the PEP band too.

I've already done my cardio today on my WII Fit. The knee held out pretty well but I didn't pu**** either!

Gotta get up and get ready to go out into the cold and take my son to school. Hope everyone has a great BOTT day! See you again later today!

Hi Janie,

What do you do on Wii Fit? I am a huge fan. I do the Step Advanced and sometimes the Free Step.

My possible 911 trigger is flickering. I have yet another bad sinus infection and haven't been able to sleep. Two big triggers for me are being sick and tired from lack of sleep.

I'm on antibiotics so hopefully I'll feel better soon.

I do the advanced aerobics a lot and the boxing. WII Fit is a great motivator for me because I try to beat my score everytime. It's frustrating at times!

Thanks for your get well wishes.  I hope I do.  I am on these horse pill antibiotics so surely I will soon. 

Ha, that is exactly what I do.  Although I've done the Step Advanced so many times that I am the only one that has scored on the score board for it. 

What games do you play?  I am lousy at hula hoop.  My hips don't work that way so I end up doing very few before the hoop falls off. 

Wii Fit is a great motivator for me too.  Nice to share it with you and any other BOTTers.

DH is home for 4 days. I have to really be careful when he his home. We are going to breakfast. I have to decide if I want the inside of a breakfast burrito or if I want IHop Scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese. �We are going to a movie and I will have to resist popcorn and soda. Which is hard for me. I will take a water and have him get a sugary lemonade to combat the drink but I want a crunchy snack to! �Darn those bad crunchy carbs! �

I am popping a 100 cal pop corn and smuggling it in with me!

I'm sneak snacker too.  I sneak snacks in the movie.  If they had healthy options, I'd buy them but they don't so I don't!

I always have on hand Kay's Naturals Cinnamon Toast Pretzels, Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels and their Cinnamon Almond cookies.  Great options for me to stay on track and not feel deprived.

Good for you for taking care of yourself with the 100 calorie popcorn rather than the yellow plastic substance they pour on chips and call it cheese.  Ick!
