Hi Lifebeauty.

Sounds like you are doing everything that you are supposed to do. It does get frustrating when the scale doesn't cooperate. I'm sure it will work out for you soon. You're on the right track and congratulations for staying there. It does get hard to stay on track.

Metabolism sure can mess up weight loss if it slows down. Hope yours evens out soon.

Had a pretty good day.  Had a couple close moments but I got through them.  I went to the grocery store today and browsed through the health food section looking for several things I found in some new receipes I want to try.  I found sweet potato & carrot chips, like potato chips.  At first I thought I found a gold mine!  But - I know this would be a trigger food for me.  So, left the store without them.  I'm sure they were terrible anyhow!

Another BOTT day and I did OK I think.

B- Malt-o-meal with 1 scoop Protein

L- Lean Cuisine -Cheese Mannicotti w/ wheat pasta

S- 1oz nuts

D- steak and 1/2 bowl chicken harvest soup

S- Greek yogurt w/Cinnabliss

No cardio until tomorow. Doctor said to lay off exercise for a couple of days to let my knee heal. Back to my WII Fit tomorrow.
