Good Morning, hope all is well and staying warm.

B-Egg Casserole

L-Turkey Vegetable Soup

D-Tilapia

S- String cheese, Yogurt or protein smoothie

Gym at 6pm

This is where I need to plan ahead..day ahead atleast plannign my meals out. I did prepare the Egg Casserole last night so that this morning I just had to put it in oven. That was one step in the right direction since I start work at 7am and have a hard time getting things accomplished that is important for me in the mornings.

Hi Jenn. I love your egg casserole. That sounds like a yummy breakfast. Planning is the key to BOTT.

Congrats on a great BOTT day planned. I congratulate you on exercising in the evening too. I'm a morning person and have to exercise first thing in the morning; otherwise it doesn't get done.

The cardio is done for the day! 3.2 mile run not including warm up or cool down in 38 minutes. That is about where i was when I had surgery the end of October so I am happy with that, I think my best was 36 minutes before.I may go for a walk with my daughter after work.
B-EAS protein bar after my run
S-thin slice of pizza- NOT PLANNED
L-WW chicken entree
S-not sure yet
D-chicken is thawed out so probably baked chicken and baked cauliflower with a drizzle of EVOO and a sprinkle of parmenson
S-SF jello maybe a cheese stick not sure.
I went to a physical therapy consult today I have a mild bulging disc and some arthritis and I was afraid they would say to stop running but was just given some exercises to strengthen my core and will evaluate again on Tuesday.

Hi Mary. Congrats on the cardio and meal planning. Sorry to hear about your mild bulging disc and arthritis, but at least you can still exercise. Hope your exercises strengthen your core.

Great BOTT day.

Exercise:  Shoveling (ugh!)

Food:

L:  Soup, salad and a little bit of a cheese quesadilla
S:  Protein pudding
D:  Greek yogurt
S:  Protein shake

Have a good evening!

Hi Cindy. I hear you about the shoveling. I had two days of shoveling and had enough. It is a great calorie burner though.

Great day BOTT. Have a good evening too.

Hi BOTT

Having an ok day.  Weather here is better and I did not have to shovel snow.  Struggling a little right now since I believe that my metabolism is out of whack.  Jillian Michaels says I need to multiply my weight times 12 and stay on that for about 2 months to get it back on track.  I'm not yet committed to doing that as I am afraid of too much weight gain.  I'm trying to find a happy medium.  Coming off of low carb is sending me and the scale bonkers.  I will succeed but looks like my goal will have to be pushed back again.
However, I am still taking my vitamins, drinking my water, working out daily on the treadmill and lifting weights.  I feel good about everything except the numbers on the scale.  I want to believe that I should be smaller though its been over 30 years since I've been this size.  I am happy just not satisfied.  I am healthy so I am blessed.  I am greedy that's why I have a weight problem.
Thanks for being here.
