Thursday Cafe and Cardio
Good morning fellow BOTT'ers.
It's been another great BOTT day for me. Exercised on the elliptical this morning and now I'm at work.
Drinking a cup of Cinammon-Apple Herbal Tea.
B - Kashi Go Lean cereal
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup skim milk
L - tuna fish
Mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar
D - Vidalia Onion burger with California Blend Vegetables
S - Dannon Light & Fit Peach Yogurt

I plan on going to the gym and working out this evening after work. This will be my first BOTT day.
B- Silhoutte SF/FF Yogurt
Peach Mango Protien Splash
L- 3 oz chicken
mixed greens with low cal dressing
S- 3 0z bbq steak
1/2 c carrots
Sn- 1/2 c soy nuts
This is the beginning of me getting back on track. Looking forward to seeing success again

Early AM - protein drink
Breakfast - cottage cheese with mixed frozen berries
Lunch - Chicken Chili with 1 oz cheese raw veggies
Snack - Apple with 2 T Peanut Butter
Dinner - Salad with turkey
Snack - Protein pretzels
I am also meeting with my trainer today.
I did weigh myself... 197 and I am going to take my measurements today. It will be good to have a starting point.
