Back On Track Together
BOTT Cardio and Cafe-Tuesday
Well trying to get "back on track", I feel like I've been off since Sunday. Yesterday I did well, but I stayed up way too late, and you know what that does to us.
I'm thinking I need to de-carb. I'm on my treadmill and thinking maybe today should be a "liquids only" day. I'm wondering if I should do the 5 day pouch day????
In a "funk", I guess.

We're expecting 6-12 inches of snow today, so my cardio is already planned. Shoveling... I was out this morning to drive my hubby to the train and it's already pretty slick out. My food plan:
Breakfast - fage w/kashi lean
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Snack - veggies w/dip
Dinner - meatballs w/wheat pasta
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
Hope everyone has a great day!
Deb
Good morning BOTT'ers.
It's been a great morning for me already. Got up exercised on the elliptical and got dressed for work. Then I shoveled snow for a half an hour before leaving for work. I am so energized right now. Yesterday was great too, as I was 100% on track, protein, vitamins, water and exercise. It felt to get up this morning knowing that I had a 100% day yesterday. I even planned my meal for today and made it ready for me this morning.
OK here it goes:
Now - cinammon and apple herbal tea. Yummo!
B - 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 3 radishes.
L - Mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar and 6 soy meatballs, a meatball salad!
D - vegetarian chili with a boca burger or crumbles.
S - Lite & Fit Yogurt - cherry flavored.
Of course, water and vitamins. And, more shoveling when I get home and early tomorrow morning. Oh, I'm so excited getting lots of exercise and calorie burning activity with shoveling. The only good thing about snowfall!!!
Wishing everyone a safe, healthy and wonderful BOTT day.
We can do this and are doing it right now. YAY!!!!
Hugs,
Lucy

My DH is at work and I am on my own today, don't expect to see him till late this afternoon, I need to be sure I keep my protein levels up, he kept me going all weekend, but now I'm on my own for most of the day.
Todays plan:
B - Protein Drink
S - Protein Drink
L - Chicken breast
S - Almonds
D - Whatever DH makes for me, I'm sure it will be mainly protein
Lots of water
Cardio - getting out of chair and going to bathroom or to the kitchen
Yesterday was a good day and today will be a better one!
So far this morning, I walked for 2 miles! I am using Leslie Sansome's Walking dvds as I am just not ready to face the world or the hill I live on.
B-scrambled egg with cheese
S-cottage cheese
L-Turkey burger with tomatoes
S-protein shake
D-probably another protein shake.
Yes, it is a lot of liquids for someone 8+ yrs out but my food has been out of whack and I really do need to reset my tool.
My water was great yesterday. I am not missing coffee, though am drinking earl gray tea, which still has only abotut 20% of the caffeine of a cup of joe. I may need to go de-caf on the tea.
Thanks for postings of others.
Cheers,
Mary
