I hope that my day goes better than it started this morning. Woke up at about 4:00 a.m. to a strange noise, rumble. My husband said, "I think that it's an earthquake". Yep, it was! I though that the only thing that we had to worry about today was the snow...
I'll be working out later is morning. My food for today:
Breakfast - fage w/kashi lean
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - chili
Snack - veggies w/dip
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

I must have been sleeping hard as I didn't feel anything. I woke up at 3:30 this morning. Did my elliptical trainer and then got ready for work and more shoveling. Yesterday's shoveling was for 2 hours so I got a lot of calorie burning. This morning shoveled for a half an hour. I am so sick of all this white stuff!!
B - lo fat Lorraine cheese, 2 slices
roasted red pepper
rice cake
L - 3 oz chicken breast
Mixed green salad with FF Italian Dressing
S - Light & Fit Dannon Yogurt - peach flavor
D - Grilled salmon
cauliflower with roasted onions.
Now - Cinnamon & Apple Herb Tea.

Good Morning BOTT Family,
Hope everyone is doing well and coping with all this weather and white stuff called HEADACHE! So parts of Illinois had an earthquake...WOW. My job put us up at the hotel and I was complaining about the thunder storms we had last night as the snow and rain continued to fall.
Lisa, thanks for the reminder to take my vitamins and meds...I've been so upset and depressed I actually haven't taken them for the pass two days...I just forgot. A daily ritual I usually start at 7am.
My eating has really been off track, but I'm hoping to stick to my eating plan today and even hit the gym for about an hour or so.
Cardio:
Treadmill 45 mins
Weight training 20 mins

B - Oatmeal w/ 1oz milk

L - Turkey Bacon / Spinach Quiche

Today I get to go to the Dr's, no snow storm will stop me, I will get there, I know I can, I know I can ! LOL, just the chance of getting some of these drains out inspires me, hopefully the highway will be opened back up by then, right now closed cuz of accidents. They actually called me this morning to see if I wanted to cancel my appt since I am on the other side of the state and the weather is so bad, my answer, NO, I will be there if I have to walk (well, not quite).
Today's plan:

D - Whatever DH makes
Cardio - walk to bathroom and back to recliner ( ok, I might use my fingers also to type on the internet...LOL)
Good Morning BOTTers. Sorry I missed posting yesterday. I was home all day sick, so I lived on tea and chicken broth all day. Today is a new day and I feel a whole lot better.
Cardio: Not today, still pretty tired from yesterday

L-Turkey meatballs w/ricotta, marinana & parmesan
S-Turkey & cheese roll-ups
D-Tacos

I am going to take my vitamins and supplements now with my second cup of coffee! I do not know what I would do if I had a surgeon that made me give up my coffee and tea!
Well that was the plan but it goes more like this
Two scrambled eggs with cheese and turkey bacon
Two slices of Zucchini with canadian bacon and american cheese
100 calorie pop corn
4 Artichoke bottoms with marinara sauce and chicken filling.
Dinner is still on as planned. I have an endless want to eat today!
The end is coming, I am eating like its the last supper but hopefully I will get better. From one day to the next its a new challenge. I do so well for a couple of weeks then BAM BAM BAM I loose my mind and start eating a little more. I know the reason, the scale and no patience. I'm working on myself and getting it under control before long. Trying to find my balance. I want these last pounds gone overnight and HELLO it is not gonna happen. Okay, that being said this is today's damage.

I am REALLY late posting on here -- it has been a crazy couple of days with this darned winter weather in the DC area. I can't begin to explain how tired I am of shoveling! The upside is that it is good exercise, but I am calling "uncle!" I am ready for spring!
Exercise: What else? Shoveling!
