Wanting to get back on track!
i had my surgery in march 2008 and i have gained some weight back and i need to get back on track! I had lost 100+ lbs and now Im getting back to where i was and i dont want to do that! I seriously need some help. But i know that i am the only one who can make myself get this weight off.

First of all, Welcome!
You have taken the first step by posting and admitting you need to get back on track. Get back to basics, protein firs****er, exercise and ban the bad carbs. Also remember you are human and if you get off track don't let it ruin your entire day, sometimes we have to take it one minute at a time. Don't forget to post and ask for support when you need it, you can do it!

We have a lot of new members on here today and they have posted a lot about what you have said. You are not alone!!!!
Take a look at the posts and then our docs to get back to the basics. To get a handle on how to help you we have to know exactly what you are eating when and how much. Also, water, vitamins and all. Be sure and track your food and water in our Cafe and Cardio thread daily... If you are having a rough day post in the BOTT 911 thread. Also, make a list of what worked for you when you were losing and what you are not doing now.
