Monday Recap - How did you do today?

How did you do today?
As for me, well I did not wake up early so my whole day was "off". Made it through b'day celebration at the office so I'm proud of myself for that.
I'm on the treadmill tonight working on my cardio as I post this. Have my dinner planned out so wish me luck.
Just need to make it through a few more hours and get some well deserved sleep. (Do not want to stay up to late, things are always better for me when I squeeze in my exercise in the morning)
Did have a disappointment today that almost took me over the edge, but I did not turn to the food. I forced my self to make a gratitude list because I was feeling so crappy. I think it might have worked because it took me out of my "funk".

I'm hanging on. I'm going to bed early so I don't snack. I've got 3 hours left before bed time. It's been a tough day today. I think I just made a bad choice though. I opted for a protein power bar instead of air popped popcorn. Now I'm a little over 1100 calories. My goal was to be under 1000. I'm at 90 grams of protein though so thats good. I know tomorrow will be better.
I know exactly how you feel. Going to bed early is a MUST for me too. If I stay up too late I find that I start "thinking" that I'm hungry. It's key for me to time my meals smartly and get to bed on time. Posting in the evening helps a little, too.
I'm just going to focus on making it through today, I'll worry about tomorrow - TOMORROW.
