Hello Anna, and welcome to Back on Track Together,

We are all here struggling with the some of the same issues you are having. The one thing that we suggest is going back to basics. I know a lot of things have changed since 2004, and then they have not.  We still recommend protein firs****er at least 64oz., journal making yourself accountable for what you put into your body and exercise.

We have a daily thread here that we call Cardio & Cafe, where we come to post our daily food plans, and exercise plans.  We also have a daily BOTT-911 where we go to asks for help or inspiration when we feel we might want to stray or yield to temptation.

All of our members are here to support and not criticize one another, and we welcome you to the group.  I am attaching the back on track guide that you might want to read.  It has a lot of information for helping you to get back on track.  Post daily, and ask for help when you need it.

Hello, Thank you for your reply, looks like I have some planning to do and shopping so that I will have what I need in the house to make sure I stay on track, I was lax with my vit and calcium and really feeling sluggish, after reading the list of vitamins I know know why I was feeling this way, also my husband and I made a major move from MA to IL 3 years ago and I am ashamed to say that I have been reluctant to find a new DR So I don't know what my levels are at ..I just know I don't have the energy  that I had when I was down to 150...Again thanks for the welcome and I look forward to participating in the discussions..Anna

Welcome Anna! This IS the place to be!!! I'm new to BOTT and these girls are right on target and have been so much help while I've been trying to get back on track! Especially BOTT-911. They are non-judgemental and that's a breath of fresh air!  Hang in there! Don't be shy! This is the place to come to to get back on track!!!

HI  Janie, I am excited to be here and am ready to get going, I was never one to post much on the groups, I felt no one really cared so I was just mostly a silent  member but I know feel I need to reach out and ask for help and support . Glad to know that this group is here and non judgemental as I was always shy to post what was going on with me...Thanks , Anna

WELOCME   There's little I can add to the great suggestions you've already received here.  We've all "been there, done that" or we wouldn't be posting.

I can only hope you find this site as helpful as I have.  There is no way I could have gotten back/stayed on track without their caring, understanding, acceptance, and support.  I call them angels in disguise as humans

If you feel comfortable, post often and allow us to share your journey.  When we help one of us, we help all of us.  And make no mistable about it, you ARE one of us.

Again, welcome
