I just got back from an hour of Zumba, it is so much fun! Eating has not been planned or thoughtful.
scrambled eggs w 2% cheese and diced canadian bacon, low carb toast
grilled chicken sandwich w top bun removed and few fries
fiber one bar
inside of a grilled chicken snack wrap w/ most of tortilla ripped off
banana-after zumba
delite pizza and salad
sugar free jello and reddi whip
I am going to plan my meals for the next few days; this weekend was not what I would of planned!
