Back On Track Together
BOTT - Cardio & Cafe - Sunday
Good Morning BOTT Family....
I don't know where you are but here on the east coast the weather has been brutal. Here in Philadelphia and the out lying suburbs we have a total accumulation of 25.8 inches...and if you haven't heard another major snow is headed this way on Tuesday, how many inches? We don't know yet!
Spent most of my time here at work...I am working two double shifts (16hrs.) and haven't really had the energy to work out. I hope those of you that are snowed in or have to do some shoveling take it easy. Shoveling is a good form of exercise, but it is also one of the major cause of heart attacks...so please ladies & gents be careful!
Going home tonight and get some serious rest & sleep time!
Cardio:
Treadmill 20mins if at all (I'm tired)

HAVE A GREAT BOTT DAY!

Hope you guys are enjoying the weekend. Hope those of you on the east coast are staying warm. Things here in Houston, TX are good. Everybody is excited and talking about the super bowl. My hubby and I have plans to go watch it at a friends house. I'll plan my evening and take a protein shake with me so I can focus on socializing rather than the food.
I met a girl friend at the park and we went for a nice 3 mile walk so my cardio is in for today.
Meal Plan:
B: Protein Shake
L: Grilled Chicken Breast & veggies
S: Turkey, Cream Cheese, Egg White & Pork Skins
D: Protein Shake
S: Celery w/ Peanut Butter
Hugs,
Lisa

Good morning fellow BOTT'ers.
I finally got my head on straight. I lost 3 pounds this week. Taking it one day at a time.
I made a decision to see a clinical psychologist for my food addiction. I have to get to the bottom of this in order to remain successful. I have an appointment a week from this Tuesday. It took me some doing because of the insurance coverage where I work. I feel like I am going to get some answers but it will be all my work.
My tools will help me get back to goal again. I have so much to look forward to. I miss wearing my small clothes and bikinis.
I started exercising again, using the ellipitcal trainer. But, I have to start slow because of my knee. I got the go ahead from my orthopedist, so I started out with 3 minutes this week and then will add 2 minutes a wee****il I get up to 30 minutes a day. Elliptical was my choice of exercise when I lost my weight.
I am eating healthier too. I know it's going to take a lot of time to get myself back into the regular routine. Once you get off track for any length of time, it takes a lot to get back on track.
Superbowl isn't a problem for me. YAY!!
There are only good healthy foods in my house. I am not bringing in anything that shouldn't be going in my mouth.
With Tuesday's snowfall, I should be able to shovel a lot of snow. That has been a great exercise and weight loss method for me too.
Breakfast - 1 hard boiled egg
1 boca burger with a few roasted onions
Snack - Light & Fit Yogurt
Lunch - Mixed green salad with Balsamic Vinegar
3 oz. cold chicken breast
Dinner - fresh shrimp 1 serving
cooked broccoli
Other - Elations drink for my joints.
Of course, vitamins and water during the day.
YAY, writing this feels so good.
Have a great and healthy BOTT day too.
Lucy :o)

Snack - apple w/pb2
Dinner - chili

Hope everyone has a great day!

Did not exercise yet today but I did take my vitamins and coming my water.
My menu before the game. I am going to try to just drink water and stay away from snack. I have had my food quota for today but I am wearing my girdle to the superbowl party. Wish me self control.
