I watched the game and ate through the whole thing. Today I'm done. DONE!
I need to get my head out of my A** and pay attention to myself.
I don't want to be fat and I am.
I know what to do, been here before!
For this week I am planning to eat pretty much the same things at the same times
during the day. The only varity I plan is dinner.
I'm going to schedule meals and snacks. It's a mind game. But I'm hoping it
will help with the cravings if I know I can eat again in x minutes or so.
Exercise is a big issue. I hate to sweat! Stupid I know, but I really do not
like to exercise. People say they feel so good after, but I'm just tired and
sweaty. I don't know how to motivate myself here. I understand longterm
weight control depends on exercise. You would think I would jump in with both feet. not.
Goal for today is to eat healthy, stay on the menu and clock. Recording intake
on fitday. goal 80 grams protein.

Hanging in there so far, but just by a thread. We had a b'day celebration at the office today and I made it through that, but I can tell that my head is not in a good place. I keep having "wacked" food thoughts. I'm trying to focus on other more important things ,but it's taking everything out of me.
I just need to make it through TODAY....
I'm worried about other things going on in my life, trying to turn it over to my higher power, but I'm still really struggling.
