I'm staying on track pretty well thus far this week. It's you all's support that's helped more than anything! Thanks so very much! I'm working so it's about 2 am in the morning. I got some good news tonight. I'm going to be going to day shift in a couple of months. I'm so excited. Maybe I  can get myself back to exercising on a regular basis and stay awake to do so!! Didn't get to exercise today because I had to run errands then sleep!

Here's my food thus far:

B- Labrada Protein shake
S- 1 oz nuts
L- 3 oz orange chicken
S- Muscle Milk Light Chocolate
S- South Beach Bar
     Revival chips (It was either this or the vanilla wafers! I chose the survival kit food!)

I haven't eaten my dinner yet but it'll be 3 oz orange chicken left over from today. I'm working the entire weekend 7pm-7am. So my schedule is all off.
