I am soooooooo glad this week is over.  Work was insane and I let the insanity of my work environment cross over into my eating/working plan.  Taking stock of what/when and why I think will help me not repeat this week.

It was a Calgon take me away week

I'm working nights this weekend! 7pm-7am tonight, tomorrow and Sunday nights. Pray I can stay out of the vanilla wafers!!!!

My survival kit will include:
South Beach bars
Revival Chips
Protein drinks
Cheese sticks
Lots of crystal lite
Turkey pepperoni

I'm going to try a chicken recipe today so I can have it for meals this weekend. I'm planning to succeed this weekend!!!!! PRAY FOR ME!!!!
