Finally Full
I have been doing the basics and for the first time in a long time I am FULL from a RNY size meal. I was allowing pasta and white veggies back in and snacking mindlessly on bad carbs. It just got away from me. My husband is my snack buddy and I had to put a stop to it. Following the rules for a week is really working. I would love seeing a pound a week come off at this point it would thrill me!
Problem is hubby can eat what ever he wants. He is in the Army and does PT every morning and on top of that does Krav Maga once a week. He is very physically fit. We are the hot guy and chubby girl that everyone says how did she get him? Well at least I can say chubby not obese anymore but without BOTT I could easily get there. BOTT is working. I lost another pound that makes 2.5 lbs this week.
