Good morning!
I feel for anyone living on the east coast.  I woke up hungry and munchie, not a good start.  I'll be working out later this afternoon.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - yogurt w/too much kashi lean
Snack - almonds, low carb toast and 2 slices bacon
Lunch - steak salad
Snack - skipping because of last snack
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
I hope everyone stays warm and dry!

Hello, All, from a snowed-in BOTTer!!!

It is hard to believe that it is still snowing -- but it is.  We have (around my home) about 2 1/2 - 3 feet of snow.  That doesn't include the drifts.  It is has been so windy, cold and snowy.  Hard to believe we live in the mid-Atlantic....I am thinking I would never make it in Alaska!  :)

Shoveled several times last evening...to no avail.  Spent three hours out there this morning, and about to get back out there and try to make a dent again.  It goes without saying that this is my exercise for the day!

Exercise:  Shoveling, shoveling, and oh yeah, shoveling!

Food:

B:  Protein bar
L:  Banana and protein bar
S:  Protein shake
D:  Chili
S:  Protein something-or-another, lol

Have a great day, everyone!

I'm in Stafford, VA (about 23 miles south of DC) -- and we are around the 30" mark -- drifts are phenomenal!  The snow is finally stopping here....has it stopped up your way?
