I knew that title would get you!

I have lost 2.5 lbs this week being BOTT !!  At first I was telling myself its water weight, then wow I must of just cleaned out my  bowels, lol.  But in reflection it doest matter even if it was because the end result is motivation to stay on track!

This week I have tried hard to keep the night time snacking from taking over and I have been fairly successful, no night bingeing.

I also took the advice from Dr. Oz about having the same thing for lunch everyday. I have to say it really takes my mind off of food because I am not having to plan so much therefore not thinking about food so much.

How did you all do with your mini goals getting back on track?

BTW 2.5 lbs puts me half way to my first mini goal of 5 lbs.

I find night snacking is an issue for me as well.  If I eat protein all day it seems I am not hungry at night.

Example

Oatmeal with whey or protein
Almonds
Lean roast beef, LF Lorraine cheese and SF pickle rolled up
Protein bar
Grilled chicken, green beans, baked sweet potato with butter spray, cinn and sweetener
Protein, shake or yogurt or apple with LF peanut butter....

You are doing GREAT

PS....I also try to eat every 2-3 hours if possible.

Well done!  half way there, yo go girlfriend.

I too struggle with evening snacking.  BUT I always eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch and have no problems with them, so no thinking about food.  Hmmm...maybe I need to try the same for eveing meal for a week and see how I go??

Food for thought, thanks (sorry for the pun - wish I used thoughts for food instead of snacking at times!!!!!!!).  Hmmm, NOW you have got me thinking, maybe if I tried thought for food instead of eating something......

Not long before you hit your mini goal of 5lbs.....yay

(PS Sorry for the ramblings of a mad woman     )
