Ok, Ok.... I have been so busy lately I don't even have time to come here. What I have noticed is my eating is more on track if I do.
So my goal is to get back on track, posting on BOTT daily

I've had a "munchie day"! My daughter has been home this morning sick with just a little cold. She's almost 18 and I'm not handling that very well. She's never home anymore since she started driving. I miss her and I know this is something that I'm going to have to deal with eventually. Sooner than later! She follows the rules of calling us to let us know where she is and comes in at her curfew like clockwork. I have no complaints about her and am excited that her life is really just beginning.
I was looking forward to having a morning to myself since the kids started back to school today after all of the snow we've had lately but she was home. I cherish my time alone since I don't get a lot of it. But my DD was home. Maybe I'm just being a little whiney today.
Well I'll have tomorrow morning before I have to lay down for a nap. I work tomorrow night. Hopefully she'll go back to school tomorrow and I'll have a morning to myself! I don't know really what I'm complaining about because I have one more child whose 14 soon to be 15, then eventually I'll be doing the empty nest thing.
I think I was just looking for a reason as to why I have had a muchie morning! Nothing too off track but I know it was just too many calories....peanut butter. I estimate 4 tbsp.

Fell off my wagon today and bumped my head...started out good, had a butt kicking workout with the PT, but got side tracked...hanging out with friends. Had a half of a half of turkey hoagie. Rest of my day was good, but Boy is my tummy killing ME!!! Doing all liquid protein shakes tomorrow!
Packing my bags and my foods, I have made arrangements with my son to care for my pets. My job has already asked me to stay over at the hotel this weekend because of the big storm we are expecting. We're supposed to get anywhere from 6 to 24 inches! I'll be preparing a larger version of my survival bag because the stuff they have brought in for the employees when things like this occur...pardon my expression I don't want that garbage! Do I sound stuck up!!!

I had to order a cake for a birthday party on Monday at the office. I'm already dreading that day. Everybody gets to eat cake, chat, laugh & have a great time....but no cake for Lisa.
I'm trying not to sweat it and just keep my mind/focus on TODAY, but it's hard.

Lisa - take one of your goodies that fits into the program - being on the program does not limit laughting and chating and having a great time in any way. Circulate - you will be the only one who knows you aren't eating cake when you show a genuine interest in all the folks there. YOU CAN DO THIS!!! There's always going to be excuses to get off track - don't confuse excuses with reasons.
