Okay.. I am taking one of the best diet tips and implementing it. Same Lunch Everyday!
I love salads they are easy and I can do asian, tex-mex, italian, caesar, and I know it sounds weird but I love Meatball salad. Warm meatballs over spinach with red onion and bell peppers warm marinara wilts the spinach and I can get it at subway in a soup cup as a 6 inch sandwich no bread.

Okay, I think I can do this...Hot peppers for breakfast, no problem I love Pepper Jack Cheese and I use in when making my Spinach Omelets. I can also do the same thing for lunch everyday...and I don't mind throwing a few hope peppers in my salads. I like spicy, but not too hot that it takes away the flavor of the food. I keep a jar of Red crushed peppers in my desk!
