This is my daily recap post, I'm using this as accountability reinforcement. How it works is we get on here every evening and post about our day/food/feeling/issues - anything.

Hi Everybody,
How are you guys doing this evening? I did okay today with my food.
Last night was not a good night for me and I didn't sleep very well so I'm tired. It's always hard to stay focused when I'm tired.
Mike, my husband, and I went out for dinner, but I did well, ordered smart and did not over eat.
My main priority for this evening is getting to bed early...
I'll check in again tomorrow morning.

I like the idea of the daily recap post, but unfortunately I am unable to make it back online at the end of my day, most evenings.
Wednesday was a better day for me then my Munchie Tuesday. I need to start planning more small snacks/meals, so that I am not waiting so long in between meals. I went back and looked at my previous days and realize that there were as much as 6 hours between meals.
I appreciate your suggestions, thanks again............

Yep, 6 hours between meals is way too long, even for me. I need to keep my "monster" at bay. I try to eat a small meal every 3-4 hours.
Funny that you mention Munchies Tuesday, because if I'm not careful I can have Munchies Evenings. I find that if I make an effort to get on-line and seek support during those hours I'm more likely to stick to my meal plan. Helps me take the focus/obsession away from food.
