Good morning BOTTers!
I'll be busy today with my two GD's.  So no health club workout.  I'm going to try jogging in the neighborhood with my pup, Ernie.  I'm not sure how well it will go because I have a habit on not breathing when I work out.  So it will be interesting to see if I can accomplish this mission, even if it's only running 1 block and walking the rest.  My food plan:
Breakfast - scrambled eggs w/toast (I found a new low carb bread)
Snack - click
Lunch - turkey and cheese roll
Snack - apple w/PB2
Dinner - ceasar chicken salad
Snack - fage w/s/f/ caramel
Hope that everyone has a great day!

Good morning, All:

Well, everyone's in the panic mode around here -- "Major Snowstorm" headed our way with "crippling" amounts of snow.  Hmmm....  I see a lot of shoveling in my future.  The weather person right now is saying 24" of "heavy snow."  Ugh.  We already have snow on the ground, so we are going to be digging out for days.  This area is not used to all of the snow we have had this year, and it looks like we have more headed our way, even after this storm!  Ahhh...the fun!  :)

On the happy side, I just got back from working out -- going to try to get another one in tomorrow before the snow starts because I know that Saturday is a no-go.  My daughter joined the same place today, so we are going to be workout buddies -- that'll be fun!

Today:

Exercise:  Circuit training and cardio (calories burned:  720)

Food:

B:  Muscle Milk Light
S:  Protein bar
L:  Soup and salad
S:  Protein shake
D:  Pasta Fagioli soup (homemade, lightened version -- found a recipe I am going to try)
S:  Protein pudding

I hope everyone has a great, successful BOTT day!  :)

Cindy - With all that snow shoveling (24" = 2 feet - good grief!) you sure won't have to worry about what you're going to do to work out  I'll sure be thinking about you!!!!
