OK, I'm posting after each meal to help keep me on track today.

Breakfast - Protein shake
Lunch- 17 turkey pepperoni, 2 WW cheese sticks
Snack- 1/2 cup sugar free hot chocolate, my son made for me from scratch. He's 14 and learning to be a little chef. I told him it had to be sugar free if he wanted to make some for me. IT was awesome but oh so rich! Don't know the calories on it.

So far:

370 calories
43 grams protein

See you later today!

My husbands job would not let him eat breakfast, made him get drunk then wait until he was no longer drunk to drive home. He was starving and brought home a huge burger and fries from Carls. I went from not hungry and not wanting to eat... to wanting to take his burger and scarf!!!

There goes being satisfied with grilled shrimp and a salad for dinner.... geezzzzzz

Side note..  this was part of the training for new guys to teach them how to correctly identify and conduct field sobriety tests.  He did not drive home drunk! He had to blow sober before he could leave work.  Just wanted to clear it up before someone started assuming things

Well I made it through the day. So here goes:

B- protein shake
L- Turkey Pepperoni and 2 cheese sticks
Snack- Protein shake
Snack- Nuts (3 oz)
D- 11 shrimp w/****tail sauce
S - 2 small bowls of my cottage cheese mix (cottage cheese, ricotta cheese , sugar-free Cool Whip and sugar free jello)

OK- I found out that nuts are not a good snack for trying to lose the weight. 3 oz were more than 500 cal...not to mention the amount of fat in them.

I did 30 minutes with the WII Fit. I got my vitamins and calcium in today.

I appreciate any suggestions from anyone. I'm still learning this...after 3 yrs you'd think I'd have this down to a science but I've been off track for so long I'm just starting over.

I've got to figure the calories and protein on my cottage cheese stuff. without the cottage cheese stuff I ate 950 cal and 91 gms of protein. I'm sure with the cottage cheese stuff my cals and protein was significantly higher.
