I read some good advice on here today.  Small individual daily goals will lead to days and weeks of success.  So tell me what your goal of the day is, and how you plan to achieve it!


Today I will win the battle of the night time snacking! 

If I do nothing else today to get back on track... I will control my evening eating!

I will do it by allowing only raw veggies with no dip as a snack.. I will only eat them if I am truly hungry.

Not drinking  before, during or 30 min after my meals... Hopefully keeping my drinks in another room will help.

I really like this idea as I keep tripping up.

Today I will not eat anything after my evening meal (my nightmare time, evening snacking!)

Today I will get in my 100 gms of protein! ....drink my water! ...and take all vits!  The rest seems to fall into place......
