I had my surgery a little over a year ago and have came to a major stall in weight loss. I started at 342 and in November was at 216 and have been stuck there since. Actually i have gained 7 lbs and am now at 223. I am getting so frustrated and feel like I have failed. I am proud of what I lost but am far from where I want to be.

I noticed that i can eat more and I have started snacking some which i know is a factor to the gain.

I need help getting back on track and also seeing what others are eating this far out.

Please help me

Hello and WELCOME to our group

We have a lot of new members on here today and they have posted a lot of what you have said as well.  Strange butyou are not alone!!!!

Take a look at the posts and then our docs. To get a handle on how to help you we have to know exactly what you are eating when and how much.  Also, water, vitamins and all.  Be sure and track  your food and water in our Cafe and Cardio thread daily...  If you are having a rough day post in the BOTT 911 thread.  Also, make a list of what worked for you when you were losing and what you are not doing now.

We are here to help!!!

Take care,
Kathy

First of all, YOU ARE NOT A FAILURE - You are a human being - human beings aren't perfect, human beings make mistakes, human beings can correct their mistakes, human beings can learn from their mistakes.

For me, I MUST plan my food at least 1 day (preferably 2 or 3 days) ahead, write down my plan, and keep within my daily calorie limit.  Had to do this to lose and have to do it to maintain.

YOU CAN DO THIS, YES YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Believe in yourself and WELCOM

Hi!
Snacking, grazing and eating all the wrong things, that was me!  I found that I also need to plan on my meals in advance.  Please go back to the basics, protein first, no drinking with meals, no "white" foods and start exercising.  It's not easy but you can do this!!!cheer3od.gif
Keep on BOTTing!
