Thanks so much for reminding me to plan my timing.  It is kind of hard when I am at work.  I do not get any set breaks for snacks or meals.  It is kind of eat as you can.  But I think I need to break everything down to less more frequently.

Hang in there ladies! 
Try taking a bite and running water over the rest.  For some reason this helps me get through it, whether its a cookie, chip or chocolate.   Another thing that I just found at Trader Joe's, Chocolate covered Altoids.  Just one hits the spot.

 Can you give the candy bars to someone else on the team and have them be the keeper of the bars? Do you have a secretary or assistant that can do it? If so give to the assistant and then just let her know who to give them to or have her/him bring you one each time you need to hand it out.

 Did you "chunk" the payday bars?  That's what I would do or put them somewhere else, so you don't have to see them.

I had a fair day. I have to get the nuts out of the house. I am thinking of chucking them in the garbage!

Breakfast- Malt-O-Meal with protein

Slept till 4:00 after working last night

Up at 4:00, drank a couple of cups of coffee with non-dairy creamer.

Snack- cinnamon nuts

Dinner- egg, bacon and cheese on low carb tortilla, Skim milk.

Snack- 100 cal protein shake (Muscle Milk Light)

I'm stuffed!

Good luck with the paydays! They are my favs and I'd have a problem with them too. Throw them away!

 I sucked today. I started out right but the evening thing is killing me.  

Protein Drink
Coffee
Tuna (4oz)  with bell pepper 
Shredded Chicken with Salsa over pintos with cheese (1 Cup) 12 Tortilla Chips
Spagetti with meat sauce (dreamfields pasta) Asparagus
Cheese Crisp (they stuck to the plate, so I just at a piece of one)
Sugar free Chocolate Pudding

Im done for the night!!!!!

I also took all my vitamins!

On days like this (and we all have them) my mantra is  Hunger DOES NOT = an emergency.  I will not fall over dead if I do not give in to my craving.  Feel free to "borrow" this any time it can help

Surely, there are a gazillion million other ways to say Thanks for a job well done.  Are you really sure those payday bars are for others or for you to have an excuse to eat them?  We can be so tricky - especially with ourselves.  You've been posting for a while and I can clearly see you have good ideas, a great imagination, and a true caring for others.  Be kind enough to come up with ideas so you do not have to feed your fellow workers unhealthy food.  YOU CAN DO THIS.
