BOTT - Cafe & Cardio Sunday
I can't believe I am the first one here Yesterday was a good day. Getting back on track after eating those cookies is a good thing for me. I don't think failure for me if I get off track and then get right back on. As a matter of fact seeing how many calories were in those darn cookies getting on the treadmill and hitting the Y yesterday was a good reaction.
I am tired today, but want to try and get some cardio in. I took a sweatfest class and core class yesterday and they switch them up every week so I ended up doing the same in both. squats, squats, squats. Here is my food for the day....
Breakfast - Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries and a scoop of whey protein
Snack - almonds
Lunch - salad with salmon
Snack - protein shake
Dinner - grilled chicken, veggies and sweet potato
Snack - TBD

Sticking to my meal plan is also always more challenging on the weekends. As far as yesterday, I did well with my food,exercised, took my vitamins, but did not get all my water in for the day. -- Plan to do better today, I hope.

It's good to see that you're able to walk after all of those squats yesterday. I bet you're sore today!
I went to the dr. yesterday, got some antibiotics and slept. I'm feeling better today but will hold off on any cardio until tomorrow. My food for today:
Breakfast - yogurt w/go lean granola
Snack - ricotta cheese
Lunch - chili
Snack - 1/2 apple w/pb2
Dinner - baked pork chop w/roasted veggies
Snack - fage w/sf caramel

I slept in a little late today, but I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed and ready to hit the gym later on today. I'm at work as usual, but I'm my "Survival Bag" is well stocked with essentials.

I am just now at a point where I can sit down and log in for today. I hope everyone's enjoying the weekend.
We were hit with a good size snowstorm here yesterday -- in our area we saw about a foot of snow -- not bad considering they were telling us it might be 1-3"! :) So, today has been spent shoveling out and getting out to get some things done. I think the shoveling will count towards my cardio and weight training for today! lol
