Oh Cindy banana bread....yummm. I haven't had a good piece of Banana bread since my grandmother passed away. Oh my gosh I can smell in baking in the oven as we speak! Oh the pain!!! LOL
Right now I'm sitting by my office window and I'm looking at flurries...I hope, oh how I hope it doesn't turn into 8" I have to work tomorrow.

The most strenuous things I've done all day is walk to the computer and modify my menu for the day - always within my calorie limit - but must have modified it at least three times already.
I am proud of me - a friend gave me a can of organic soup - was going to have it for lunch - tasted it UGH and I threw it out instead of going ahead and eating it anyway. Will wonders never cease Good for me
Needless to say - am not going to burn more than 2.5 calories with exercise this day.
I;m still trying to figure out what my goal weight is since they took 6 pounds of skin and fat when they did my thigh surgery. If the scales are supposed to show a 6 pound loss then I have 2.8 pounds to lose - but they tell me it can take 3 mornths to a year for the scales to reflect what was lost in the surgery. Oh dear, oh dear Oh well, even if I do still have 2.8 pounds to lose - I'm within my 3 pounds + or - cushion zone. and I'm pretty da*n proud of myself for that accomplishment If I can maiantain - there's no question ANYONE can maintain!!!!!
If the raods are clear (and as best we can tell from the weather channel they will be) my husband will make his monthly trip down tomorrow. The plan was he would be down Friday but the roads between here and there were just too treacherous. It will be good to have him here!

Happy I know its not snowing there in Florida, but I can't think of a better day than today to be lazy...got about two inches here where I live, other areas got more. I would love to be nestled between a warm blanket, a comforter or maybe even a warm body! Oops did I say that?!

Hope all u BOTTers are doing well. The funeral went smoothly. I am tired and heading back home in the morning. Friday's road trip went very well. Yeah.
Today has gone well too. I did not eat carmel cake, I passed it up. Yeah again.
My intake: Vitamins taken, liquids good, no cardio
Until tomorrow, take care. Its for me, resting for the trip home.

Hope Everyone had a WONDERFUL day today!
We received 1.5 inches of sleet today. So there was no going out on the roads today. I spent the majority of the day in my jammies in front of fireplace. Late this afternoon I did get dressed and attempted to shovel out our driveway and walkway. It was a solid sheet of ice! I could hardly break up the ice with a hoe and shovel. I did manage to get the short walkway clear, but you have to drive up to get to the walkway. There was no way to clear all that ice from the driveway. But I am so happy that I was able to go out and accomplish what I did. I just hope the temps are high enough to melt some of the ice tomorrow.
I baked my DH and his work buddies some brownies for Monday. They will not tempt me since I dump on flour and sugar.
My food was as follows:
Chocolite protein bar, 1/2 bagel thin w/peanut butter
Bagel thin w/ low-fat egg salad
steak w/sauteed mushrooms (was not able to keep this down)
click/protein/soy shake
