Between a nasty head cold, now no kitchen OR bathroom at mom n dad's (construction) and us having to fend for ourselves for dinner, I really have NO idea what my food plan is today. I'll strive to eat well, but there's only so many 'healthy' fast food or resturant options out there, so we'll do our best.
On a brighter note, the ball chair has made me stiff to move around today (maybe my cold has something to do with it too) so I feel like it might help trim my waist over some time. Also, I got all our nice painted base boards installed last night, and we're finishing up the finish work along the weekend. My cabinets arrive Monday, I get a call today about the 4 hour window. I'm SO excited! I am taking pictures this morning of my furnature and new lamp, even though its all piled up and hard to see. It'll be a nice 'before' shot at least, for the finished product.

36 lbs from goal!
Congrats on all who r doing well, prayers to continue trying for us all.
Working on everything have not completed anything except my vitamins and 1/2 my water as yet.
Planning to do cardio on treadmill after posting.
Packing for quick trip to Chicago
Packed plenty of cubed chicken breast, salami, cheese, protein, vitamins, and powerade zero but exercise equipment is not going. I might try to put my little red chair in the trunk along with hand held weights just to stay on track.
This week has gone well for me. I have stuck to my low carb program and reaped the benefits.

My goals for today are to stay within my 1450-1500 calorie limit and to listen to my body. I keep thinking I can just zip around like I did before surgery and because I'm not exhausted it's OK to push more walking - well, it's ok to push, but I have trouble not letting push turn int shove LOL
so after overdoing it a little bit yesterday, I'm easing back a bit today. But I am doing every so much better and every day shows improvement in my stamina.

Lisa I so glad you were able to stick to your plan yesterday. BOTT is awesome for support, I'm so glad we don't have a lot of drama here on this board. We are all in this together and I know for myself because I can't make it to outside support groups and I rely on this site more than any other her on OH! Thank you so much for being here for all of us!
