ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WATER INTAKE
This is what I use to ge****er in, because I hate it too. (And I do count any non-caffeinated beverage as water)
At work, I set my outlook to alert me every 15 minutes to remind me to take a drink. When that happens, I take two large sips of my water. By the end of the day, I've had roughly 50 oz or so, and just need a bottle of water at night.

Oh thats a good idea! I HATE water. ugh. I usually flavor with crystal light, i've heard both sides of the argument (dont flavor your water its not the same) and I've heard (flavor your water its ok). I dont know which one is right. lol... I've been gagging it down lately. This morning I had blood drawn and KNEW i had to drink before going to get my blood drawn or they'd be digging in my arm for my vein. 'sigh' so I gagged it down. ugh ugh ugh.. hate water. I like the 15 minute thing. A few gagging sips and its down . lol...
Like you, I don't care for plain water. I use decaf iced or hot tea, I mix the decaf iced tea with Minute Maid Lite Lemonade to make an "Arnold Palmer". I also drink flavored waters like Propel. What works best for me is keeping a 32 oz. cup with a travel top with me all of the time...so I am drinking from it all day. Two of those, and I am where I need to be for the day.
