Again, thans for your kind words of encouragement!!!!!
How about both...I read a post on here the other day, and I like so many others don't like the taste of water and find myself drinking some of everything else but H2O. Trying to get better at it. Funny thing is during the summer ir hot weather I don't have a problem it's just when it COLD outside I'd rather have something else. I know its all in my head!

D - Jerked Chicken strips
Cardio - 30 min. on Elliptical & Bowling tonight ! (If the weather doesn't cause it to be cancelled)

Good Morning Dreamgirl and other Botters,
I had some cheese and crackers last night after my final shake. I am Ok with it mainly because I didn't overeat or gorge I just hade a few and that was enough. That said I would be much better of if I don't tango with simple carbs at all.
So I did almost three day of liquid protein and I'm back on that plan for today.
Working out will be cleaning my house - it is beginning to look better - thank goodness. I still have a long way to go though.
I'm getting confused by my body but I think I'm working it out. All week I've been very dedicated to staying on track. I got on the scale this morning, and was 2 lbs up. I did the usual, waved it off and said it'll be different later. But I'm realizing that I'm likely retaining because its almost "girly time"... at least I hope it is!... I've come off the shot since December and I haven't had "girly time" in well over a year and a half as a side effect... so I'm expecting that to come a-crashing down on me anytime. I'm trying not to be discouraged by the numbers on the Wii, and sticking to my plan for this week for lean dense proteins and watery green veg. Breakfast was a bit of a stumble, but I really really could have done worse.
On the bright side, I've inherited a neat chair at work. Its basically an exercise ball on wheels. Its supposed to be excellent for posture, core tone and keep you active and productive. I like it so far. And hey, if I get board, I just tuck my toes under my cube wall and do some sit-ups!

I would think your hormones could be going bonkers right now. In spite of the disappointment, don't give up. Do just what you're doing - hang in there and YOU WILL LOSE!!!!!
