Good morning!
It's so cold this morning, it's 9 degrees!  I probably won't be walking the pup this morning or working out at the health club.  I'll have my 2yr. old GD's today along with the 2 week old baby.  I think that my bodybugg will register well over my 100% of workout by the day's end .  Here's my food plan:
Breakfast - low carb toast and frittata
Snack - Click, (will definitely need this today)
Lunch - chicken quesadilla
Snack - 1/2 apple w/PB2
Dinner - Steak w/roasted veggies
Snack - Fage w/sf caramel
I hope that everyone has a great and  warm day!

Deb - I'm ashamed - I was going to say how cold it is here - but it's 36 degrees and while that's cold for the panhandle of Florida - just can't bring myself to call it called when so many are having such wretched (at least wretched in my mind) weather right now.  Don't think you bodybugg is going to say you are the least bit deficient on your workout today!!!!!!!!!

Wow Deb, 9 degrees!  I don't think I would be venturing outside today either.  In any case sounds like you're going to have you hands full today.  Good eating plan.   Enjoy!

Oh boy, Lisa - You've picked a biggie for today.  Being honest is hard enough, but the hardes of all is being hones with ourselves - but you know what? - being honest with ourselves is the most rewarding.  I know you can do it and I also know you will use what you learn to take control of your food.  Don't shirk taking your vitamins and all of your other supplements.

Genie - I'm so proud of you.  KEEP UP THE GOOD HABITS!!!!!

I'm definately going to celebrate walking from the car to the office without feeling tired.  My stamina is getting better - it really is - Of course, not as fast as I would like - but it really is getting better every day!   Hope to start parking in the "far" parking spot (instead of the medium distance one I've been doing this week) next week.  I keep telling myself "Slow and stead wins the race" and my body groans and has to be reassured there are NO plans at all for  racing!!!! LOL

Am back in control of my food - eating exactly what I've planned for the day.  Right now I need to do that even though modifying it within the caloric limit is quite OK - my "modifying" recently has not always stayed within the caloric limit.  It's a little hard to determine my goal weight since surgery removed 6 pounds of fat and skin from my thighs.  I know the scales won't reflect the whole six pounds and I've pretty much concluded the # will be 5 pounds.  So now I know how to monitor my weight and stay within my 3 pounds + or - goal weight.  My new goal weight is 108.  To put that in perspective - I've lost a couple of pounds more than the "now me"  Amazing isn't it? - and even more amazing is - I'm maintaining!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's to a joyful BOTT day for us all   (and yes, I'm ready for Friday - well actually, what I'm ready for is Saturday and Sunday LOL)

Hey HappyLappy,
I just wanted to pop in and say how nice it is to see you getting back to your old self.  I've heard that thigh surgery is one of the hardest things to get through.  I am amazed that they took 6 lbs. off, that's a whole lot more than I even imagined.  Keep up the good work you skinny little thing!

Deb - thanks,  Skinny Little Thing has such a nice ring to it even though I still don't see myself that way.  It's good to be getting back to my old self.  The dr said it was the most he had ever removed.  I'm sure though that other drs have removed much more than that.  But when it's one's own thighs statistics don't mean a blinkin' thing LOL  My thighs were grotesque.  The left leg was noticeably bigger than the right and they were so big they just flopped when I walked.  It is so good to rid of that excess.
