MIA for a little bit & Food Log
Hi Everyone,
I was MIA for a little while. I had a rough go of it over the weekend and yesterday. Yesterday was my b-day and my hubby bought me a cake and my FAVORITE chocolates. 'sigh' God love him :) The chocolates are those gormet chocolate balls in the shiny fancy wrappers with this decadent liquidy chocolate inside. I'm afraid I wasn't able to resist this time. I also had a piece of cake and boy did I pay for it!!! I dumped so bad. Nauseous and my heart was pounding. So that served me right. So weird how some things I can tolerate (like chocolate) and feel NOTHING. Yet a piece of cake whipped my butt! Well I should be grateful that at least some sugary things make me sick. LOL... anywhoo... I am totally back on track today! It's hard because now I have sugar in my system and the hunger is back full force. But so far so good!
Breakfast
Decaf Coffee w/some cream and splenda
Fiber one bar - 140 cal 9 grams of fiber- 10 grams of sugar (alot) but didnt bother me. protein 3
Lunch
Muscle Milk Protein shake - 210 cal; sugars 3; protein 21
Snack
Green Apple - maybe some peanuts not sure yet.
Dinner
Not sure - probably some chicken or just a protein shake.
