Good Morning BOTTers,
It's early in the morning and the treadmill is already on in the Martinez house hold. Working out in the morning helps keep my "stinking thinking" in check.
Looking to stay motivated and focused on healthy food choices today.
Goals for today:
Take my vitamins
Drink 4 bottles of water
Take the stairs @ work
Post on OH - seek support
Meal Plan:
B: Protein Shake
L: Turkey, Cream Cheese, Egg White & Pork skins
S: Turkey/Cheese lettuce wraps w/ almonds
D: ???
S: Protein Shake (only if needed)

This weeks has been good so far, but I stuggle everyday. I've been sticking to my meal plans, exercising, taking my vitamins and getting most of my water in. -- I take it one day at a time and keep it simple.
