Making myself accountable and hanging in there. Didn't get as much cardio in as I had planned we were so busy here at work. Hopefully today will be better.

L - Chicken Protein Soup w/ Chicken pieces
Tossed salad
S - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
D - Chicken Protein Soup w/ Chicken pieces
Tossed salad
S - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
Calories 1023 Fat 33.7g Fiber 11g Carbs 49.1g Protein 130.4g

I seem to be doing this late in the day, once I have a chance to actually sit down in front of the computer. My apologies for being so late getting on here.
Exercise: 40 minutes circuit training
Food:
B: Muscle Milk Light RTD
S: Organic cheese puffs
L: Missed it (bad, I know!)
D: Greek yogurt
S: Protein pudding
I was thinking on my way back home this evening that I have to start doing something that I haven't done in a long time (that worked very well for me post op): I need to start packing food and snacks in a thermal lunch bag so I can be sure to have good, healthy protein packed snacks like cheese, protein balls, protein shakes. I used to carry one around with me religiously, but have gotten away from it. Definitely going to get back to it. Positive steps... :)

There's no need to apologize for posting later in the day. I, personally, find it easier for me to post my meals early, so I can stay on top of what I'm eating. Just like in your post about bringing good healthy snacks to work. That will keep you on track for your eating. So don't sweat it, post whenever you can, we are happy you're here!
