We're getting a late start today. I don't know where you are but it's raining buckets, I even thought I saw a few dogs and cats falling from the sky. I slept in late and felt kind of lazy, but as the January Challenge is nearing the end of the month I knew what I had promised myself for being accountable and the mission I'm on...so let's get too it on the "Blue Monday."

It is beautiful here today I wish I could share my sunny day with the rest of you!
My daughter who has ADHD can be very difficult in the morning to get up and get ready for school but this morning the whole process was a breeze - it is amazing how much that has truly effected my day.
Cardio - - Need to work on that.
