Hey Everyone,   I hope this month has helped you get focused and Back On Track.  Rather it be your food, exercise, water, vitamins what ever helped you feel good about yourself.  I think a few of us got hung up in scale hell, but don't forget to look at the big picture.   Several of you have mentioned to me that being accountable has really helped you. I know it has me.  We had a daily post called BOTT Cafe and Cardio.  Let's use that thread to post our food, water, exercise and also I think it's important to let everyone know what kind of day you are having.  Maybe you need a hug, or a kick in the butt LOL.  Or some suggestions.  Let's reach out to each other.  This is what Cathy and I wanted for this group.   I get busy with work and can't always be there early in the morning to post.  Let's all take on the posting and start the thread.  Whom ever is the first one up and ready to get this party started.   Thank you all for the wonderful job you have done and the motivation we have shared with each other.  Now let's keep it going!!!    Take care, Kathy
