01/25/10 - What's the Plan?

 Good Morning All,

Hope everyone had a nice weekend.  It's Monday morning and here we go again....

Goals for Today: 
30 – 45 min. exercise  
Take my vitamins  
Log food intake & activity 
Drink 4 bottles of water 
Post on OH 
Take stairs @ work   

My Food Plan: 
B: 2 Egg Whites, 2oz. Turkey, 12 Almonds 
L: 3 Turkey/Cheese Lettuce Wraps, Pork Skins  
S: Protein Shake 
D: Asian Chicken Salad 
S: Protein Shake (only if needed)

Good Morning.  I don't look forward to Mondays for work but I look forward to Mondays for my staying on track, I know that I am home working and I am always sure that my breakfast and lunch will stay pretty steady and I won't be tempted by anything since I can only eat what is in the house   .  Since I don't keep much in my house that I can't eat, it makes my life a little easier.  The only variable might be Dinner.  But that is pretty steady during the week also.  So here is my plan for today:

B - Protein Drink
S - Protein Drink
L - Bean/Cabbage Soup
S - Almonds
D - Chicken

Cardio - 30 minutes on eliptical

Ladies,

I was reading today's posts and I was thinking.....

What if we make this a daily "afternoon/evening" post.  We can submit our food plans on the "Cardio & Cafe" post with our meal plan then circle back around in the evenings to see how our day went.  We can help keep each other positive and accountable. 

I know that for me, evenings are the roughest.  So being able to log on and seek support at night helps me stay our of the fridge "big time".

Just an idea...let me know what you think?
