01/24/10 - Master Plan

 Good Morning BOTTers:

It's a beautiful day here in Houston.  The sun is out and the temperature is amazing...not too cold, but not to hot either.  I hope to really take advantage of the amazing weather.

I woke up early and went for a nice 3 mile walk at Memorial Park with my husband.  I have a few errands to run, but plan to take my daughter to the park later today so she can play in the play ground.  I sometimes forget that I can ride down the slide with her now.  I hope to run around and be silly with her.

My Meal Plan for today:
B: Protein Shake
L: Grilled Chicken & Veggies
S: Turkey, FF Cream Cheese, Egg White & 1/2oz Pork Skins
D: Asian Chicken Salad
S: Protein Shake (only if needed)

Hello,
Yesterday I didn't follow my plan but hey, that's life.  Not kicking myself just marching onward today.  So today's plan

B - Protein Shake
L - Protein Shake
S - Almonds
D - Turkey Bean Soup

No cardio today, just kick'n back.
