I'm looking forward to seeing Avatar in IMAX 3D eventually. Hope you kept it on track today, Kathy!

I took the chance and begged mom to pick up some perdue individually wrapped chicken breasts, lots of veggies and fruit... also a rotisory turkey breast which I'm using for mid-day snacks. Day 1, and so far, I'm doing good and feel satisfied. The challenge will be the weekdays and lunch time.

Today:
Cardio - LOTS OF WORK at the house

Food -
B - Egg and slice american cheese on 1/2 WW english muffin
L - Tacos (only ate half the shell and spread the stuff on it)
S - Turkey breast
D - Pizza slice (went easy on that)
S - Turkey breast and munster cheese

Sion, here is a question for you,
You did the painting before the sanding.  Sanding causes lots of dust, even with a dust bag, I believe, do you now have to dust or wash your walls?  The floors look great, you are making great progress!

I thought the same thing, at first. But as it turns out, the sander we had really sucked up all the dust it created, there was hardly any film of dust on the floor and none of it seemed to get any higher than the top of my baseboards. I'm pleased to say that my paint is dust free, at least from sawdust.
