TGIF! - 01/22/10 Mission

Goals for Today:
Stick to MY meal plan (didn't happen for me today )
30 – 45 min. exercise (Done)
Take my vitamins (In Progress)
Log food intake & activity (Didn't want to, but did)
Drink 4 bottles of water (Working on it)
Take the stairs at work   (done one, today)

My Food Plan:
B: Egg Whites, Ham, FF Cream Cheese, 8 Almonds
L: Turkey/Cheese Lettuce Wraps, Carrots, Celery & Pork Skins
S: Protein Shake
D: 3-4 oz Protein & Veggies ????
S: Protein Shake (if needed)

What's your plan?

We aren't born winners - we aren't born losers - we're born choosers  And today I chose to stay within my calorie limit for the day.

After my surgery until a couple of days ago I couldn't force myself to eat all of my daily calories, but now I'm overeating - all my regular healthy food, just too much of it.  So............I'm dedicating today to staying within my caloric limit of 1450-1500 calories for the day.

You're absolutely right.... It's all about "choice".

I start my day off great, but got to the office and I'm struggling BIG TIME.

Consider posting here instead of eating.  I've never known anyone to drop over dead because they did not give in to a craving - people do drop over dead because they give in to cravings and become morbidly obese. 

Struggling DOES NOT = emergency - must eat  Struggling means you need to be firm with yourself and say NO.  don't know whether you have children or not, but if you do, give up the double standard.  You expect/demand they mind when you say NO - can you expect/demand less from yourself?

Morning all!

I finally feel good, my pouch has started the day behaving, and I feel motivated. I'm going to use this to the fullest extent. Busy weekend laying down the floor this weekend... lots of knee work. I think we'll be investing in those knee pads now, Kathy!

Cardio - Walk walk

Food -
B - 1/2 WW english muffin w/ egg and cheese sammich
S - Other half
L - Hoisin chicken, asian veggie and slaw
S - Raw veggies
D - Winging it

I start off good, but derailed when I got to the office today about 10am.

Need some serious help to make it thought end of day.

As for me, I'm off my meal plan already and feeling horrible.  Why do I do this to myself?
