01/21/10 Master Plan
It's been a while since I posted, but for good reason. My daughter had a baby girl on the 11th so I have been spending a lot of time helping her and playing with my granddaughter. Happy to say this didn't de-rail my BOTTing, only made it better by getting my daughter on board with diet and exercise to help drop the "baby weight". Plan for today:
Cardio: 30 Minutes Treadmill, Wii with daughter tonight
Food:
B-Protein pancakes, turkey bacon
S-Greek Yogurt w/almonds
L-Chicken, sweet potatoes
S-Turkey & cheese roll-ups
D-Chili
1327 Calories, 96 Carbs, 46 Fat, 114 Protein
