Hey Everyone

I have noticed the number is getting smaller and smaller for coming here and being accountable.  This is when we start to get lazy and not find the time.  Myself, I KNOW coming there daily and checking in helps me make good choices.  So please,  take a moment to check in and let us know how you are doing.

That being said, I am still walking around like a cripple.  I took yesterday off, but going to the gym today hoping the workout will work some of the pain out of my legs.  Here is my food and I will be taking either a sweatfest class or Combat Kickbox class tonight.

No slacking here, just wasn't around much this weekend to be able to post! Check out the house blog and you'll understand why. Also went on a family ski trip Sunday so was out of state. Got some great exercise though, and am ready to tackle this week.

Yesterday's intake was not bad, considering I was home alone. I was tempted to make a poor choice and go out to eat, but instead I stayed in, ate Chili and watched Anthony Bourdaine. I'm glad I did too, I feel much better about it.

Yesterday's intake

B - Cheese sammich
S - 100 Cal pack popcorn
L - Chili and about 10 tostitos
S - Few sunchips, 5 pieces beef jerkey
D - Corned beef and cabbage

I am now a HOME OWNER!   Check out my House Blog!

36 lbs from goal!

This morning I was updating my food log from yesterday and started thinking about the food I ate prior to BOTT in November and I am thinking that even though I didn't eat large amounts of food, the choices were badd and the caloric intake was HUGE, without tracking them it was easy for me to think I was not being badd, I really need to track and I think that is the thing I have learned the most over the last couple months, BE ACCOUNTABLE at least to myself, if I don't see it in writing then it couldn't have been baddddd, right.........NOT

So here is yesterdays chart:

No slacking here.  I've been at my daughter's  all week so I haven't been able to post.  I'm sooo happy to be home and excited to get on the scale tomorrow morning to see how well I've done.  My bodybugg has monitored my movement each day and I've hit between 85-97% of my exercise goal each day.  That's just being busy keeping her house and helping with a 2 yr old and newborn!  I forgot how much there is to do.
Looking forward to posting tomorrow!

Not me either!  I promise I am not slacking.

Weekends are difficult for me to get to my computer, but I know I have to post on Monday, so I am BOTT.

Yesterday morning when I checked the forum you had not posted the thread yet.  I went to work but had to leave after just a few hours.  I believe I have the stomach virus.  It started out with a headache, tired, everything ached and very nauseous.  I was unable to convince my pouch to even accept liquids without Ms. Picky hiccuping.  I slept most of the afternoon and all of the night and woke up feeling much better but very damp!  I started a romance with the "Powder Room" around 3:30 am and continued until late morning.
I had the most disgusting diarrhea ever! (TMI, I know).

After a 2 hour uninterrupted nap this afternoon.  I can now say the divorce is final with the commode!

I will be spending the day forcing liquids to include protein drinks to hydrate myself and then hopefully get back to work in the morning.  I hate using time off for sick days, I would much rather use it doing something fun.

I am sitting on the recliner with my sweet little furbaby and laptop listening the orchesta playing in my abdomen.  I just drank some protein and it is producing music.

Thank you Kathy for keeping us accountable.  I find it has really helped me focus on what I should be doing.
