Hmmm, that was strange. I thought I had posted this 2 hours ago

Anyway, I am in need of a walker, does anyone have one?  Those squats have killed me and I now have bengay on my legs    Ok, ok, no pain, no gain right

Mondays are insane for me so I am asking we come in and be accountable on our 3rd week.  I will be back to post exercise and food...

Come on guys we are almost there

Take care,
kathy

I had an OK day Sunday, didn't get as much protein and calories as I should but it should have been in the form of 2 more proteins, I double them up into one drink and I had it all measured out and in a baggy with me at my Mom's yesterday, welllllllll, I overheated it and I cannot abide the chunky protein, YUK    So, when we got home last night I had 2 but that wasn't enough for the day *sigh*.  Will do better today.

Hi, Kathy:

Sorry the legs are still sore -- just don't do what I did once with the BenGay:  put it on after taking a shower!  OOWWW!!!  I guess the pores were still wide open, and when the BenGay went on, it was like getting stuck with a million needles.  I will never forget that!  LOL  Well, I guess the painful memories can be some of the most memorable, huh?

I was a bit under the weather yesteray, but managed to stay close to program:

B:  Muscle Milk Light RTD
L:  Soup and crackers
S:  Protein shake
D:  Greek yogurt w/ some granola in it
S:  Peanut butter pretzels (whole grain)

Breakdown:

Calories:  871
Fat:  20g
Carbs:  83g
Protein:  80g
Alcohol:  0

Have a good one!  :)
