Back On Track Together
Monthly challenge
I know it doesn't seem to make sense. I could just start over if I have a bad day. Thats now how my brain thinks. I've messed up the challenge therefore it's over til the next one. Does this make sense to anyone?
On good days, this is what I tell myself to keep "my brain" in check.

Long goals aren't made for everyone.
I understand.
Having issues with what I really want. (1) I am satisfied eating good foods totalling around 1200 to 1400 calories. My body will not easily let the weight go unless I only intake 800 to 900 calories. I am feeling starved though. Also, I am trying to do this without getting a fill. I enjoy the variety of food choices I have at this fill level. My problem. My goal weight is 40 lbs lighter than I am. At 20 lbs lighter I look really nice. It feels like I'm working well but getting no where. Of course I am happy to be over 70 lbs away from where I was. Go figure????
I haven't given up on myself or the challenge but just unhappy right now about the weight. I can't have it all but I want it.

Do this for me, on the days you feel were good ones, go back and make notes of what was good about the day? Not just food or water or exercise but what was going on for you, what were you feeling? Then go back and look at the days you feel were not good ones. Make notes on what were you feeling, what was going on that lead to you having a "bad" day.
Let's start there and PM me if you want to discuss....
You are a winner in my book!!!
Take care,
Kathy
