Need exercise to stay "BOTT"
I've had good success since my lap-band revision! I'm down 16 pounds as of this morning! I am finding it slow going, and I know that as you get older it is harder to take off the extra pounds. I have a good friend who gave me a 30-day free trial to Curves, and I've gone 3 times so far and am enjoying it! I am planning on becoming a member at the end of my trial membership! Since I've retired, and presently not even working part-time I am not as active, so the Curves membership will help me get moving more often!

Hi Julie,
Since you are new and just starting your journey Curves is the perfect place for you. They have a great workout plan for us when we are heavier and we can get a great workout without feeling out of place. This is where I started out and ended up going on to box and weight lift.
