Tuesday - BOTT Cardio and Café
It seems some of us are struggling with our challenge, I being one of the US in question! I jsut am not budging on the scale. I really need to implement some major changes here or I am simply going to maintain at +45 from ultimate goal (+35 from realistic goal). I'm tired of being unhappy and having my "fat pants" being my every day pants.... and squeezing into my normal pants and being dissatisfied with how I look and feel in them. 11 days until the challenge is over, and nothing here has changed. I regained that 1.1 lb I lost and it was very discouraging. So I'm starting today anew and aiming at fluids, watery veggies and lean proteins. It starts with packing a healthy lunch.
Cardio - Track, its 43 today.
Food -
B - Left over boiled dinner veggies, fried up like a hash
S - Carrots
L - Hot dog and beans
S - More left over veggies
D - Crock pot stewed beef and mushrooms over rice (may nix the rice)
